All bookings are subject to Jahkon’s Photography & Content Creation Agreement, which outlines service details, booking and deposit requirements, payment terms, cancellations and rescheduling, deliverables, turnaround times, usage rights, and client responsibilities. These policies are in place to ensure clear communication, protect both parties, and maintain a smooth creative process from booking through final delivery. By securing a booking and submitting payment, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. This agreement is sent to every client before submitting a deposit.
